BIDV iBank is a dynamic digital banking application developed by the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) for its institutional clients. It offers a smooth, cross-platform online banking service ecosystem enhanced with intelligent design and versatile service features. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to handle financial and non-financial transactions across web platforms and mobile applications. It offers features such as viewing payment accounts information, managing time deposits, loans, guarantees, and international money transfer transactions. It enables domestic money transfers, bill payments, term deposits, and registration for recurring bill payments. Transaction confirmations are part of the system, too. A unique feature is the ability to generate and scan QR codes for instant money transfers, with provision to re-issue or change passwords directly on the app. Customizable according to user preferences, users can tweak background images, avatars, and prioritize functions. Ensuring high security, it supports biometric login, and can be accessed in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese.
